More about the Kraner Kids!

We grew up with a father who was in the real estate world buying and selling single family homes. We were blessed to watch him grow his business and be hands on with some of his projects. 20 years later and he has helped more than 13 mobile home parks become safer and more family friendly allowing low income families to have a safe place to live. 

Courtney is the oldest of 4, being the brains and the horns on the bull. She loves to put in the hard work and get things done the right way. She has a lot of experience in the real estate business such as; cleaning mobile home parks, painting single family homes, organizing important titles and documentations of leases. She is currently working as a leasing agent and is the assistant of a  successful property manager, taking care of 143 units located in Columbus, Ohio. 

Kyle the oldest brother is a go getter, with a sense of humor and constant compassion for others in all situations so if he likes your house know that you are in good hands! He worked in customer service for plenty of years but going to a real estate convention sparked the entrepreneur in him. He also helped our father paint houses and clean mobile home parks. 

Kennedy is the youngest daughter who worked along a property management team helping them oversee 104 residents while working a job in customer service and retail, she likes to stay busy! She made her first four family deal during 2021 and is trilled to watch the process truly unfold and support the seller so they can move to their dream destination. She’s someone who sees beauty in any situation you throw at her. She is committed to making our world a happier place day by day. 

Christian is the youngest of the four currently taking real estate classes at a community college while working nearly 20 hours a week at a high end restaurant. He is a great worker and is fast on his feet, always there to help you when you need it. He helped our father de-trash mobile homes, clean up communities and paint houses with the help of Courtney and Kyle as well.

All of this started when our father gave us a book about real estate and investing in properties as a Christmas present. Eventually we all started reading it and creating the vision we wanted to make our own reality. in the beginning of 2021 our father took us to a real estate convention consisting of some of the most amazing and humble mentors he got empowering knowledge and life advice from. The four of us gained essential and life changing knowledge about the real estate world and we are extremely grateful that we got such an incredible opportunity. After the seminar we all went our own way for a few months working our daily jobs while communicating our interest in starting a family business that allows us to help others get out of situations they can no longer take on or would like to move on from.  We all specialize in very different things and carry various talents among the four of us.
